"Venice and the Venice Area" Book Launch Reception

You are cordially invited to the Book Launch Reception of the newly reprinted "Venice and the Venice Area" at The Island Bookshop on Wednesday, November 19th. Admission is FREE and complimentary refreshments are generously provided by the The Island Bookshop.

This history of Venice was written by two city fathers in 1969. It has now been updated with additional photographs and reprinted by VAHS in celebration of Venice’s Centennial.

The Venice Centennial officially kicks off with the Holiday Parade, but VAHS is starting the celebration a little early by reissuing this 1969 book with updates and new photographs.
