Ann Martinuzzi

Ann has earned her hard knocks in the world of construction, development, and real estate.  While raising her family in Michigan, she held many roles in a family-owned business including sales, marketing, development and property management.  She volunteered at the Detroit Institute for the Arts for seventeen years holding many leadership roles as a docent.

She has a Masters Degree in non-profit management, which is her passion.  After moving out of state and taking positions as Development Associate with Arts for Learning Connecticut in Hampden, CT; St. Gertrude High School in Richmond, VA; and the Little Sister of the Poor in Richmond, VA she has settled in Venice.

Ann currently works for Lennar Homes as a Customer Care Representative and joined VAHS as the Development Committee Chair.  She maintains her real estate brokers license and donates a portion of her referral income back to non-profits of the buyer's or seller's choice.
